Will clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, perform demolition activities, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. Heavy Truck Driver (2024-20563):   Bowhead is seeking a Part-time on-call Truck Driver to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points to support the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Jackson, SC. These positions require a CDL Class A or B with a Passenger Endorsement. The Truck Drivers work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts as well as weekend shifts and some personnel will flex between all the shifts.  

SYSTEMS SECURITY ENGINEER (RDTE):   Bowhead seeks a talented Security Systems Engineer to enhance our team within the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) located in Dahlgren, VA. 

Material Expediter (USATC-2024-20555)   Bowhead seeks a Material Expediter who will be responsible for the Ammunition Supply Point division at the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Jackson, SC.  The Material expediter will oversee a team of 3 warehouse specialists and different operations within the contract such as Operations, Stock Record Accounting, Ammunition Residue Surveillance and Physical Security operations.

Financial Analyst (LC-2023-20558):   Bowhead Program Management & Operations seeks a Financial Analyst to work as a member of a team, providing program management, analytical, financial & technical reporting in support of NSWCCD in Norfolk, VA. Duties will include supporting meetings, developing meeting minutes, and providing documentation based on client inputs, preparing and/or updating complex schedules, preparing and/or reviewing briefing charts, and updating data on client SharePoint sites.

Systems Administrator (EDOS-2024-20557):   Bowhead seeks a Systems Administrator that performs duties involved in the routine development, testing, implementation and maintenance of operating system and related software. DATABASE ANALYST PROGRAMMER (ERDC):   Bowhead seeks a Database Analyst Programmer to support the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) contract located in Vicksburg, MS. The Database Analyst Programmer will support a data warehouse environment which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation. 

PROGRAM MANAGER (E20-2024-20548):   Bowhead seeks a Program Manager for the management and evaluation of government programs including Electromagnetic Weapon Systems and/or High Speed Projectiles. 

The HSET Administrator (HSEA) goal is to ensure on-site UIC Municipal Services (UICMS) and North Slope Borough (NSB) Water & Sewer (W&S) personnel follow the site-specific UICMS/NSB W&S Health and Safety Plan (HSP), Accident Prevention Plan (APP), UICMS’s and NSB’s safety protocols for both environmental and construction services, promote a Safety First Culture to minimize the potential for safety incidents and injuries, develop and implement Task Hazard Analyses (THAs) for each task and phase of the project (also known as JHA or AHA), conduct regular on-site toolbox safety meetings that will include safety concerns or new tasks that need to be addressed, ensure all training and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) exposure monitoring and medical surveillance are current, and complete all required paperwork as outlined in the Work Plan, HSP, and APP.   This position is for a specific project that is scheduled to occur in a remote location in Alaska involving all facets of the NSB village wide W&S Operations. The applicant must be familiar with remote Alaska limitations, able to work in inclement weather, and able to lift at least 50 pounds. The workweek will be based from Anchorage office and in the field present within the village W&S Operations 25% of the time with a minimum 12 site visits per year. Village travel will consist of 10-hour days seven days a week with housing and per diem provided when on slope and normal 40-hour work week while station in the Anchorage office. An on call emergency basis will require travel to the villages within 24 hours of notification is mandatory to perform safety investigations and other safety related events that will require the HSEA Administrator presence. The applicant must work in the presence of customers and their representatives and be able to maintain a professional and courteous image.

GENERAL CLERK III (ICE-VA-2024-20543):   Bowhead seeks a General Clerk III to provide Document Management Support Services to the Office of Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA). OPLA requires case management support and administrative services for the execution of their broad and diverse mission of providing a full range of legal counsel and services to all ICE offices and programs. OPLA's responsibilities include representing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in proceedings before the Immigration Courts, representing DHS in appellate proceedings before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and providing support and direction to the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation as well as to the U.S. Attorney's Offices nationwide. The Chief Counsel's office handles confidential and high-level documentation.   This position is full time, benefits eligible at an hourly rate of $21.47 plus H&W (Health and Welfare) rate per local wage determination. The location is in Sterling, VA.
