Call Center/Help Desk Technician
Bowhead is seeking an Call Center/Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end-users in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-person, telephone, and email support to clients, resolving computer problems, and answering questions related to the use of hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric attitude.
