Overview

ServiceNow Project Manager (HUDSN):

 

Bowhead seeks a ServiceNow Project Manager located in Washington D.C. to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) effort that will integrate and modernize various HUD program offices enterprise-wide services. The primary objectives are to enable the delivery of capabilities as a service, reduce existing technology sprawl through consolidation of various systems, digitally transform service areas with inadequate or nonexistent supporting technology, and drive HUD-wide technology and business efficiencies, all while enhancing customer experiences.

 

The ServiceNow Project Manager will oversee the implementation, governance, and operations & maintenance services of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide demonstrable program management experience in implementing business systems at enterprise level.
  • Assist the COR in providing technical direction and monitoring performance under the contract.
  • Responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the customer.
  • Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
  • Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
  • May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of project/program management with demonstrated experience managing multiple large ServiceNow programs and or projects.
  • In lieu of Bachelor's, the PM shall possess at least 10 years project/program management with demonstrated experience managing multiple large ServiceNow programs and or projects.
  • 5 years of experience working with product-oriented, engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated program management experience in implementing business systems at enterprise level.
  • 5 years minimum experience with planning, leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies to manage scrum teams, applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
  • PMP certified.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to successfully pass the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Due to the nature of this contarct, sponsorship is not available.
