DESK SIDE SUPPORT MANAGER (FDA):
Bowhead seeks a Desk Side Support Manager to support the HHS - FDA Consolidated IT Helpdesk Service contract located in Springfield, VA. This effort will support services providing the full range of technical support, project management, and Tier 1/Call Center and Tier 2/Desk Side management services necessary to manage and maintain a multi-tiered IT Help Desk for the FDA. The scope includes contractor IT Help Desk support for FDA employees and contractors, and application support services for both internal and external FDA users. Support services may range from password resets to receipt, triage, escalation and resolution of reported incidents as well as technical questions from agency personnel, diagnosing and troubleshooting IT and application software issues, support for account management and peripheral devices, and support for the assessment and validation of new or updated technologies.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
