Expedite Shareholder Services activities. Pickup & deliver items daily up to 3x a day to post office in support of the 51st Annual Meeting and Trust Distribution. Responsible for managing timely delivers. Pick up, deliver and transport high priority materials as request from managers. Provide man haul if needed and other duties as assigned within the Corporate office.

Responsibilities

Summary
• Expedite activities or purchase items at various vendors to meet project schedules.
• Track orders, receive goods, and deliver goods as required. Record and maintain inventory of quantity, material type, parts received and distributed, manually or by using a computer.
• Pickup and deliver items daily and deliver in timely manner to said projects in coordination with superintendents, project managers, and equipment manager.
• Responsible for managing timely deliveries. Pick up, deliver and transport special high priority materials as requested by managers.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
• Must be dependable, meet schedules and deadlines
• Multi task to support Shareholder Services and Corporate office
• Other duties as assigned.

• Manual labor in support of Shareholder Services

Qualifications

Required Experience:
• Excellent customer service skills

• Effective judgment & decision making
• Exhibits excellent computer skills; including knowledge of Microsoft Works, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Exhibits good communication skills in writing, verbally, and orally in English and Inupiaq
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Critical thinking, active listening and complex problem solving
• Effective judgment and decision making
• Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy


Abilities
• Must be able to lift at least 50-100 pounds
• Must be dependable and trustworthy to handle cash and confidential information
• Must be able to meet schedules and deadlines
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Must be able to lift at least 50-100 pounds
• Must be able to work long hours in the temporary status of time

 

Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs

All employees must pass Non-DOT pre-employment drug screening and follow all UIC Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program guidelines and requirements.

If working on a DOT project, employees must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening and follow all DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirements.
