Overview

Bowhead seeks a new team member in their support to the Navy's Weapons Systems Munitions Integration and Hypersonics division. The program analyst will support the management team of research and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program communications; to include official transmittals of technical information as well as technical and programmatic briefs to senior leaders.
• Manage the tracking of systems engineering products; to include configuration control files, objective quality evidence, meeting minutes, etc.
• Analyze information to develop program reporting systems including the program’s risk and configuration status.
• Maintain program plans and briefings, weekly and monthly status reports, other technical documents and reports, and a wide range of other Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items, working closely with multiple authors and program sponsors.
• Manage the execution of classified and unclassified in-person and VTC meetings, scheduling, logistics, brief management, and visitor access.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Five (5) years general experience which includes four (4) years specialized experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Operation Flank Speed applications including MS Teams. Experience related to engagement systems and/or Navy programs.
• Experience in DoD programs preferred.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

 

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
