Overview

Bowhead seeks a Task Lead to support our customer on the 100th Missile Defense Brigade Support contract in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of military operations analyst
• Provide the financial execution, review, and analysis and recommended solutions to multiple teams and locations regarding budget and schedules
• Provide quality assurance services to ensure that all deliverables and products are of the highest quality and meets the standards established by the Quality Control Plan
• Provide presentation material, scheduling, record of meetings, and progress report studies to sister agencies and mission stakeholders
• Generate documents, policies, procedures, taskings, orders, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written correspondence while utilizing JTIMS, JMSEL, JILLS, DCS, PDAS, etc.
• Provide support to include for unit functions within the DTMS, TAMIS, MEDPROS, and other systems as required to meet the unit’s training and readiness planning, reporting requirements
• Assist in the day-to-day tracking, coordination, and management of Ballistic Missile Defense System assets
• Assist the 100th Missile Defense Brigade, Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) with daily operations
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Managers Internal Control Program (MICP)

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS degree 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience

• Experience with Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD)

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.


Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
