Overview

Site Supervisor (2025-23187):

 

Bowhead is seeking a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Phase I issue and fitting line, Athletic Footwear issue, and sew room. 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provides leadership and direction to the CIIP staff to include, but not limited to, planning and managing the site professionally.
  • Has knowledge of logistics, including issuing, storing, and receiving equipment, as well as inventory management.
  • Plans and schedules inventory activities, ensuring all procedures are properly followed.
  • Ability to analyze and refine the issue and logistics process to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues, and recommend actions to improve the delivery of services to the customers.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and capability to adjust work assignments to meet operational needs.
  • Attends meetings and briefings as required by the customer or employer.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher. 
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Logistics, warehousing, and supervisory experience.
  • Possess the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representatives, and outside contacts.
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust Level (NACI). Due to the location of this work, US Citizenship is required. Bowhead reserves the right to change this requirement if necessitated by business needs or contractual obligations.
