Overview

Bowhead is seeking a driven Program Analyst to join our team and make an impact on missions worldwide! In this dynamic role, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating logistics for contract personnel deploying in support of the Navy, Marine Corps, and other U.S. units abroad. You’ll help plan and execute logistics for shipboard installations and land-based site operations, while serving as the key point of contact for contractor processing and support under Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Services contracts.

Responsibilities

Tasking includes but is not limited to

  • Develop documentation to support the processing and scheduling of the contractor Field Service Representatives (FSRs) supporting the Close Range ISR Services. Act as focal point for contractor FSRs for processing documentation and manage the information for deployed personnel.
  • Process Field Service Representatives (FSRs) for deployment at Deployment Processing Center (DPC) Camp Pendleton CA and Camp LeJeune NC. Initiate and update Isolated Personnel Reports (ISOPREP) in Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS) database.
  • Conducted Periodic review of FSR classified database and “balanced books” of several databases pertaining to deployed personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a military environment or with defense contractors supporting deployment or personnel readiness a plus.
  • Knowledge of deployment readiness requirements, such as medical, travel, training, and security documentation a plus.
  • Experience serving as a liaison/focal point between contractor personnel and government offices a plus.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
