POSTING TITLE (TRACKING CODE):

 

Bowhead Logistics Management, LLC seeks a Electronics Technician Maintenace II for the Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA location.  

Responsibilities

The Electronics Technician Maintenance II applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, in selecting tools, testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. This technician works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.  

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Must possess a strong desire to provide excellent customer service solutions and interact with coworkers and clients in a courteous and professional manner. 
  • Must be motivated to perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Minimum of one-three (1-3) years’ experience in the position applied for (referenced above).   
  • Must have a good working knowledgeable of Army regulations; systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. 
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and gain access to military installations. 
  • The position is on a federal military installationCandidates/employees will need to drive onto the military installation to gain access to the respective building for their position. 
  • Experience working at Letterkenny Army Depot highly desired. 
  • Must have general computer knowledgeWorking knowledge of internet software; spreadsheet software, word processing software and MS Office Suite is a plus. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level, however candidates with an active Secret are highly encouraged to apply. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.  Securing and maintaining a Common Access card (CAC) is a requirement for all positions at this location.
