We are seeking a full-time Exercise Coordinator to support our team at Robins AFB, GA.
• Plan, coordinate, administer exercise support.
• Conduct training support activities consistent with Air Force Training and Exercise policy.
• Support the analysis of Mission Essential Tasks and unit assessment information.
• Inform exercise planners of theater and USAF deployment training requirements.
• Provide comprehensive exercise design and development support for AFRC exercises. This includes managing the full lifecycle of exercises from initial design and development of exercise scenarios and supporting products, to the identification and recommendation of necessary services and support actions to ensure successful exercise execution.
• Integrate training resource capabilities to ensure standardization and alignment of support to achieve unit exercise objectives.
• Coordinate and direct on-site support during exercise execution to include exercise control actions, After Action Report (AAR) reviews, post event observations/recommendations and debriefs.
• Provide surveillance reports validating contracted exercise support with MSEL Manager / Exercise Planner.
• Conduct review, collection, analysis, and submission of information to inform USAF fielded programs / systems and processes that assess the effectiveness of support for training provided as required.
• Conduct internal AAR to identify and assist in developing new ideas and concepts to enhance exercise support for planning, development, and execution after completion of each training exercise.
• Bachelor degree.
• 5 years of experience in military exercise planning (Joint/Service component preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to brief senior leaders and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active Secret clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
