Job Summary
Human Resources Coordinator SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is responsible for all new hire orientation and regular maintenance of the company personnel files and records, with emphasis on HRIS / HCM database. This incumbent will also participate in the new hire onboarding with other department such as Safety, HSET to ensure new hires are thoroughly on boarded before arriving to the job-site or work place. Senior Project Manager, UIC Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive vertical construction experience for large remote Alaska construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, safety, quality, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Specific knowledge and experience running large (over $20 Million) projects in remote Alaska is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Bowhead seeks to network with s Deckhand for future or upcoming opportunities, to assist with the Marine Vessel Operations of Navy vessels out of Andros Island Bahamas supporting the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC). The Deckhand will work to work as part of a close knit team, as well as independently, to accomplish a range of maritime functions as you support AUTEC.
* This position will require full time relocation to the island. The work is 5 days a week 50 hour work weeks. We cover the flight there and lodging is covered by the Navy as you would live there on the base. We submit and hold your security clearance. LOGISTICS ANALYST (PMLRF):
Bowhead seeks a Logistics Analyst to support the upcoming Program Manager Long Range Fires (PM LRF) contract located in Stafford, VA. The PM LRF mission is to equip the Marine Corps with long-range antiship and land attack ground based weapons to enable a naval expeditionary force-in-readiness that is prepared to operate inside actively contested maritime spaces in support of fleet operations. PM LRF responsibilities include researching, developing, testing, producing, and fielding of ground-launched, long-range, surface-to-surface artillery rocket and missile systems and their associated fire direction and C2 capabilities. This responsibility also includes the sustainment, obsolescence mitigation, and modernization of legacy systems.

OPLA requires case management support and administrative services for the execution of their broad and diverse mission of providing a full range of legal counsel and services to all ICE offices and programs. OPLA's responsibilities include representing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in proceedings before the Immigration Courts, representing DHS in appellate proceedings before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and providing support and direction to the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation as well as to the U.S. Attorney's Offices nationwide. The Chief Counsel's office handles confidential and high-level documentation. The duties primarily include maintaining and organizing files, mail management, scanning of documents, enter/upload data into PLAnet (OPLA's electronic alien file repository), conducting research and drafting documents. * This position will require full time relocation to the island. The work is 5 days a week 50 hour work weeks. We cover the flight there and lodging is covered by the Navy as you would live there on the base. We submit and hold your security clearance. We have a reimbursement program to help offset a majority if not all of the costs shipping what you want in your room.*
