Senior Program Management Analyst/Systems Analyst (PMW220)
Bowhead is seeking multiple Program Managenment Analyst/Systems Analysts to provide senior consultative support to assist the Navy ERP program in developing its next-generation capability, which will use S/4HANA. We are seeking candidates for these open positions:

The candidate will provide expert consultation to assist the government with defining requirements, developing the strategy roadmap, and determining the architecture to support the new capability. This position is remote.
Summary
This position will be responsible for Maintaining, Servicing, and Diagnosing, Repairing, Training, Operating and Constructing snow roads with our fleet of PistenBullys. The position will be both working in a shop setting as well as out on the tundra. UIC Oil and Gas constructs 500 miles of snow trails throughout the winter on the North Slope of Alaska between Deadhorse, Utqiagvik, Atqasuk, Wainwright and Point Hope.
The position will be required to operate a Pistenbully's working in remote locations with no cell service. If a machine goes down the individual will need to be able to diagnose the issue and fix the machine where it is at. The work schedule is 7 days a week, 12 hour days. Typical trail days average between 12 to 18 hours a day.

GENERAL CLERK III (ICE-ATL-2023-19698):
Bowhead seeks a General Clerk III to provide Document Management Support Services to the Office of Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA). OPLA requires case management support and administrative services for the execution of their broad and diverse mission of providing a full range of legal counsel and services to all ICE offices and programs. OPLA's responsibilities include representing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in proceedings before the Immigration Courts, representing DHS in appellate proceedings before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and providing support and direction to the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation as well as to the U.S. Attorney's Offices nationwide. The Chief Counsel's office handles confidential and high-level documentation.
This position is full time, benefits eligible at an hourly rate of $18.35 plus H&W (Health and Welfare) rate per local wage determination. The location is in Atlanta, GA.
FINANCIAL ANALYST (M&P-2023-19695):
Bowhead is seeking a Financial Analyst to join us in Plano, TX as part of the Manufacturing & Products (M&P) team. The Financial Analyst, Manufacturing (FP&A) will report directly to the Business Finance Manager. The Financial Analyst, Manufacturing is responsible for providing critical operational and financial support to the VP of Manufacturing & Products (M&P) Business Unit. This highly visible role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business, collaborating with the M&P Operation’s team and Support Services, as well as driving best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities. The Financial Analyst, Manufacturing will maintain detailed records supporting financial forecasts used in the rate and budget area, respond to rate and budget questions, and provide explanations to ensure management understanding. The Financial Analyst, Manufacturing must ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as DFAR/FAR government regulations. They will participate in audits and interface with government auditors to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations. The Financial Analyst, Manufacturing will understand key business drivers and create analyses that supports effective decision making within the M&P Bowhead companies of UIC Government Services.
